The role

The People, Culture, and Operations Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the IRC team in El Salvador. Responsibilities include managing travel logistics, processing payments, tracking staff time and attendance, and handling personnel documentation for new and existing employees. This role ensures that daily operations and human resources activities strictly adhere to IRC policies and international humanitarian standards.
