The role

The incumbent will ensure the delivery of quality basic education services to refugee students, supervise school principals and deputies, manage performance and behavior, and develop positive relationships with community leaders.

What it takes

  • University degree in social work, sociology, psychology, social anthropology, guidance and counseling or related field
  • At least five years' relevant experience in relief services and/or social development programmes
  • Professional qualifications including training on action-oriented social research and participation in at least two research projects
  • UN Language Framework proficiency: English (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking - UN Level II), Arabic (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking - UN Level III)

How we treat you

Monthly Provident Fund contribution (15.4% of basic salary paid by the Agency), compulsory medical insurance, 30 days of annual leave, and dependency allowance (if applicable). Additional benefits include 2 days of sick leave for each completed month of service, 14 weeks of Maternity Leave, and 2 weeks paternity leave.
