- Monitor project implementation, collect data, and conduct regular assessments to ensure program quality and identify areas for improvement.

- At least six (6) years of prior experience in project planning and execution.
- Experience in basic skills of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Sound understanding of Project Cycle Management and result-based management.
- Strong coordination and networking experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make formal and informal presentations, both oral and written.
