The role
The Great Basin Institute, in partnership with the USFS, is hiring six AmeriCorps Archaeology Crew Members to perform cultural resource surveys and site monitoring in the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. Crew members will contribute to wildfire mitigation and forest restoration efforts while gaining professional experience in cultural resource management. The role involves rigorous field work in remote backcountry settings and requires living in shared housing or camping on-site.
