The role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking an Anti-Trafficking intern to support survivors of human trafficking by creating service plans, assisting with outreach, and contributing to partnership development.

What you'll do

  • Assess needs and priorities and work directly with IRC clients to create a service plan and deliver on-going case management.
  • Assist with outreach efforts by drafting, editing, and distributing informational materials.
  • Contribute to partnership development by researching agencies, networks, and service providers.
  • Guide clients to various appointments including legal, law enforcement, health care, and public benefit providers.
  • Engage in community mapping to identify and refer clients to external resources.
  • Assist in maintaining quality control of files.
