The role
The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is seeking an Analyst, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning who is passionate about social justice.
What you'll do
- Provide MEAL support throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate collaborative learning and sense-making processes across departments, teams, and community partners
- Support the design and facilitation of planning, strategy, and learning sessions that help teams clarify goals, articulate assumptions, develop theories of change, identify meaningful indicators, and reflect on progress and challenges
- Contribute to the development of frameworks, tools, guidance documents, templates, and learning resources that strengthen organizational capacity in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning
What it takes
- Minimum 3 years of monitoring, evaluation, and accountability experience supporting programs with data-based decision making and experience working directly in communities
- Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Sociology, Measurement & Evaluation, Social Work, Education, Public Policy or related field
- Experience working closely in partnership with communities
- Able to work with internal and external stakeholders to uplift and center the voices of the communities SPLC serves
- Knowledgeable with MEAL concepts and tools to support program effectiveness
