The role

The Analyst in Circular Economy and Just Transition will contribute to the implementation of projects, support the implementation of the General Law on Circular Economy, and assist in capacity building and knowledge sharing for the circular economy agenda in Mexico.

  • Contribute to project implementation and specific tasks.
  • Support the implementation of the General Law on Circular Economy, including the design, development, and launch of the National Program on Circular Economy.
  • Provide specialized technical advice for inter-institutional coordination between federal and state governments, private sector, and other key actors.

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields combined with two years of additional qualified experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years (with a master’s) or 4 years (with a bachelor’s) of relevant national or international experience in policy design and implementation, circular economy, waste management, climate change, or sustainable development.
  • Experience in inter-institutional and multi-sectorial coordination.
