Analyst - Compliance Solutions

The role

This Analyst position will work with affiliates that pose a significant risk to this ministry. The primary responsibility will be working with affiliates to monitor compliance, conduct risk assessments, outline action steps, and make referrals for disciplinary action. Will cross train for other work areas on the team to provide back up when required due to heavy workload.

What you'll do

• Conducting comprehensive risk assessments for at-risk affiliates
• Partnering with affiliate leadership to develop practical corrective action plans
• Monitoring compliance with Habitat policies and ministry requirements
• Evaluating affiliate submissions and presenting recommendations to the Compliance Committee
• Developing measurable improvement plans for affiliates on probation
• Tracking organizational risk trends and preparing reports for leadership

What it takes

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3–5 years of experience working with Habitat for Humanity or a similar nonprofit organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Experience building collaborative relationships while navigating sensitive situations
