The role
The Analysis and Operations Support Coordinator (AOSC) plays a key role in the Readiness and Operations Support function (C2) of CARE’s Security, Operational Access, and Risk Unit (SOAR). The AOSC ensures the smooth operation and high-quality delivery of global security services, including reporting and analysis, incident response and crisis coordination, travel and event safety, as well as various operational and administrative support projects.

- Lead the initial response to incidents or crisis events
- Support clear and centralized communication
- Assist in the activation of crisis management teams
- Contribute to the development and improvement of VSOC processes
- Provide operational support for the safety of staff, travelers, and events
- Support the planning and execution of security measures for events, conferences, and other organizational activities
