The role

This role supports the UNV Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean in identifying and analyzing key talent acquisition and dissemination channels in the Southern Cone region (Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay). The selected individual will analyze where partners post vacancies and identify platforms used by in-demand professionals. The goal is to optimize vacancy dissemination strategies and expand the regional talent pool.
