The role
The AMR Technical Officer will support the day-to-day implementation of antimicrobial resistance activities under the STRIDES Jordan Activity, providing technical and operational support across AMR workstreams.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support for AMR activities
- Support strengthening of AMR surveillance systems
- Assist in the development and dissemination of AMR-related tools
- Monitor and maintain AMR project protocols
- Conduct literature searches on AMR issues
- Draft AMR technical progress reports
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in Microbiology, Public Health, Laboratory Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
