Americorps VISTA - Hunger & Health Coordinator

The role

The Hunger & Health Coordinator will serve with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank to improve access to nutritious food for food-insecure households. The role involves identifying partner agencies, conducting outreach, and collecting data on food security through surveys and focus groups. This VISTA position aims to reduce service access gaps and empower community members through targeted programming and supportive services.
