The role

KIPP Academy Boston Charter School is seeking compassionate and committed Aides to provide 1:1 and group support to students, ensuring their social and academic success. Aides will work collaboratively with lead teachers to implement curriculum modifications, manage behavioral intervention plans, and facilitate positive student interactions. This role is essential for creating an identity-affirming and rigorous learning environment for students in underserved communities.
