The role

KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School is seeking committed and compassionate Aides to provide academic and behavioral support to students requiring extra assistance. Aides work closely with lead teachers and staff to modify curriculum, implement behavioral intervention plans, and foster inclusive social environments. This role plays a vital part in ensuring students reach their academic potential through 1:1 or small group support within a joyful and identity-affirming school culture.
