The role
The Global Institute is seeking an AI Specialist to advance Teach For All's AI Literacy & Creator Collective (AI LCC), a flagship program connecting teachers, alumni, and staff across 63 Teach For All Network Partners who are shaping how AI transforms education.
What you'll do
- Manage delivery of the AI LCC programming, including the weekly AI AAA Series featuring thought leaders.
- Develop and steward partnerships with frontier AI companies to support the community's growth.
- Build pathways for educators to progress from literacy to creator to builder.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer learning and support distributed leadership.
- Design and moderate structured learning circles where educators share AI prompts, lesson plans, and case studies across languages and contexts.
What it takes
- Experience managing program delivery and/or building, scaling, and managing high-engagement digital communities
- Demonstrated experience with distributed or facilitative leadership models
- Experience developing partnerships, ideally with technology or AI companies
- Deep, hands-on experience with foundation models (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney) and practical prompt engineering skills in educational or professional contexts
- Experience creating multimedia content (video, graphics, guides)
