The role
The IDB Group is seeking an experienced AI Architecture Consultant to contribute to the evolution of the Bank's Enterprise AI capabilities by designing reusable architecture patterns, evaluating emerging technologies, and developing technical standards.
What you'll do
- Develop the Bank's AI reference architecture
- Assess and accredit AI platforms and services
- Participate in Architecture Review Boards and technical design reviews
- Promote Responsible AI governance
- Collaborate with Product Teams, Security, Data Governance, and Cloud Engineering
- Develop proof-of-concepts and technical prototypes
What it takes
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in AI, cloud-native architectures, software engineering, and enterprise architecture
- Proficiency in English and one of the Bank's official languages (Spanish, French, or Portuguese)
- Experience with cloud-native solution design using Azure and/or AWS
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms
- Production implementation of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, semantic search, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks
