Agile Practice Lead

The role

The Agile Practice Lead will establish and lead an internal Agile practice from the ground up, setting standards and defining playbooks to improve delivery across the organization. This role involves managing a team of Scrum Masters, partnering with engineering and product leadership, and maintaining data-driven visibility into delivery health. You will translate complex team execution into actionable insights for leadership while optimizing processes through automation and AI-assisted tooling.
