What you'll do
- Build and own Spring Health’s company-wide AEO and GEO strategy
- Test content and page structures to understand what drives AI visibility and citation
- Partner with Web and Engineering to improve structured data and site architecture
- Own onsite/offsite content as discovery and experimentation surfaces
- Extend visibility strategies across relevant third-party platforms
- Ensure AEO and GEO standards are consistently applied
What it takes
- 5+ years of experience in technical SEO or search visibility
- Hands-on experience improving visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines
- Strong understanding of search engines and LLM-based systems
- Technical fluency with structured data, schema/JSON-LD, semantic HTML, site architecture
