The role

The Advocacy & Influence Coordinator at World Vision Ghana is responsible for designing, coordinating, and leading public advocacy campaigns and civil society mobilization efforts, including the ENOUGH campaign. What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in advocacy, campaigning, social mobilization, or policy engagement.
  • Proven track record in designing multi-stakeholder national campaigns from inception to evaluation.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce policy briefs and persuasive campaign narratives.
  • Established professional networks within Ghana’s civil society and government sectors.
