The role

Save the Children is seeking an Advisor for Early Childhood Care and Development to support early childhood programs in rural America.

What you'll do

  • Plan, conduct, and record monthly support meetings with state directors, lead associates, and advisors
  • Provide technical assistance to support program implementation and to identify and resolve implementation challenges
  • Contribute to developing and delivering training, technical assistance, and other resources for program implementation staff
  • Participate in onboarding processes for Kindergarten Readiness program Lead Associates and other staff supporting US ECCD programming; support recruitment and onboarding on an ongoing basis

What it takes

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Proven experience in project management and facilitation strategies for complex, multi-partner community initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience with coaching and supporting adults in an education or related area
  • Professional proficiency in Canva, Learning Management System (LMS), and SharePoint
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
