The role
The Advisor will strengthen the team’s capacity to manage internal processes related to structured and automated applications intake, systemic communication, insights and data reporting, and knowledge management. The position specifically focuses on bridging the technical advisory work with communication and knowledge dissemination, contributing to the visibility FAA activities.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the end-to-end FAA intake process
- Manage the coordination and development of the FAA Knowledge Hub
- Lead the preparation of internal and external communication materials
- Coordinate structured reporting to ad-hoc data and portfolio information requests
- Support day-to-day operations of the GET.invest Finance Readiness Support
- Be the focal point for lusophone countries, clients, and stakeholders
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in knowledge management and content generation
- Experience working in international development contexts
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish/German language is an asset
