The role
As the Economic Evaluation Advisor at Save the Children, you will be responsible for developing program cost models and conducting economic evaluations to support proposal design and new business development.
What you'll do
- Lead the development of program cost models for proposal design
- Develop internal cost benchmarks by analyzing historical data
- Support new business development and technical teams in interpreting cost benchmarks
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of cost modeling tools
- Plan, conduct and support retrospective economic evaluations
What it takes
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in developing program budgets
- Demonstrated skills in cost-efficiency analysis and familiarity with the '4Es' framework
- Experience analyzing complex quantitative data
- Proven ability to plan and coordinate research projects
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
