The role
Save the Children is seeking an Advisor for Crypto & Catalytic Philanthropy to manage and grow crypto-enabled fundraising channels and support catalytic donor engagement. The role involves stewarding a portfolio of crypto-native donors, executing fundraising campaigns, and developing innovative finance opportunities. This position is a 12-month limited-term contract focused on both digital asset philanthropy and broader catalytic initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage and steward a portfolio of content-native donors including Web3 founders, DAOs, and digital philanthropists.
- Execute crypto-focused fundraising campaigns, including emergency appeals and market-driven activations.
- Develop digital-first engagement strategies across Web3 platforms like Discord and Telegram.
- Support cultivation and stewardship of UHNW individuals, family offices, and mission-aligned investors.
- Contribute to pipeline development and partnership management for partnerships.
- Support pilots across tokenized giving, blended finance, and emerging philanthropic models.

- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of crypto, blockchain, or digital assets
