Advanced Clinician

The role

Eliot is seeking an Advanced Clinician to provide high-quality behavioral health treatment and support in their Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHC) program. The role involves providing evidence-based therapy for youth, families, and adults with mental health and substance use issues. Candidates must have a Massachusetts clinical license and at least two years of experience.

What you'll do

• Provide therapy interventions in the office, virtually, in the community, and in client's residence
• Provide side-by-side therapy and interventions to individuals and families that are evidence-based
• Deliver targeted treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, PE, CR, EMDR, FST, TF-CBT, CAMS, family therapies, and integrated dual diagnosis treatment
• Mentor and shadow new clinical staff through a competencies/orientation checklist

What it takes

• Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, or Licensed Psychologist)
• Strong clinical skills and 2 years of experience with mental illness and/or substance use
• Valid driver's license
