What you'll do
- Provide therapy interventions in the office, virtually, in the community, and in client's residence
- Provide side-by-side therapy and interventions to individuals and families that are evidence-based
- Deliver targeted treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, PE, CR, EMDR, FST, TF-CBT, CAMS, family therapies, and integrated dual diagnosis treatment
- Mentor and shadow new clinical staff through a competencies/orientation checklist
What it takes
- Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Strong clinical skills and 2 years of experience with mental illness and/or substance use
- Valid driver's license
