- Master’s in Social Work/Clinical Counseling or other relevant Master’s/Doctoral programs
- Licensure (LGSW, LPC, LICSW, LPCC, MSW, AMFT, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) preferred
- 1+ year of post-Master’s clinical experience
- Core skill set of CBT and DBT
- Experience with patients in crisis
- Passion for working in high acuity environments
