Return to Freedom is seeking an organized and tech-savvy Administrative and CRM Manager to serve as the operational backbone of their nonprofit. This multifaceted, on-site role involves managing the Bloomerang CRM, overseeing payroll processing, and providing high-level administrative support to the organization's leadership. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing diverse tasks ranging from donor data stewardship to office logistics and Shopify store operations.

What you'll do

  • Serve as primary systems administrator for Bloomerang CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Process weekly payroll and serve as the point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.
  • Provide comprehensive calendar, travel, and meeting support for the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director.
  • Supervise the Donor Operations Coordinator and maintain donor data integrity.
  • Manage office logistics, internal team coordination, and Shopify store fulfillment.

  • 3+ years of experience in nonprofit operations, CRM administration, or administrative support.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Bloomerang.
