What you'll do
- Provide administrative support for the implementation of project-related activities.
- Support the projects’ communication teams in engaging with local counterparts and partners.
- Support the implementation of technical and/or administrative project activities.

- Support in the collection of data, legislation, and other documents in municipal offices and archives.
- Support the receipt and distribution of correspondence, materials, and equipment.

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Public Management, or related fields
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in administrative, secretarial, project management, operational and/or human resources activities in Brazil
- Fluency in Portuguese and working knowledge of English
