The role
Support the Security Support Manager in implementing security guidelines, analyzing situations, and producing operational elements. Assist teams in applying security frameworks, and manage security-related incidents and training.
What you'll do
- Support the implementation of security support measures and assist teams in their application
- Contribute to risk analysis, security guide design, and contingency plan updates
- Conduct field evaluations, advisory, and capacity-building missions
- Prepare and facilitate security briefings and debriefings
- Manage security incident reporting and analysis
- Coordinate security training and ensure content updates
What it takes
- At least 3-4 years of field experience with MSF, including at least two years in a mission leadership role
- Proven management of complex security contexts and crisis response
- Experience in creating and managing training programs
