What you'll do
- Participate in budget preparation during new proposal development
- Prepare, analyze, and consolidate monthly financial tracking tools
- Organize monthly meetings with budget managers
- Identify risks of under- and over-consumption
- Provide monthly financial analysis to the financial coordinator
- Update the budget forecast and revised budget of the mission
What it takes
- Bac + 3 in management or accounting
- 5 years of experience (3 years in international associative finance)
- Knowledge of accounting, financial and budgetary management
- Knowledge of donor procedures (FH, ECHO, CDCS, IFSAN, GAC, DUE)
- Knowledge of logistics procedures (supply chain, inventory management and asset management)
- Proficiency in Excel and field accounting software (SAGA)
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
