The role
An experienced Accounts Manager / Director is needed to join a highly respected Top 50 accountancy practice in Axminster, Devon, providing technical expertise and leadership.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop a varied portfolio of business clients
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships by acting as a strategic adviser
- Review and prepare statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
- Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns
- Oversee VAT compliance and HMRC submissions
- Support business start-ups, company incorporations, and HMRC registrations
What it takes
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Previous experience working at Accounts Manager level or above within an accountancy practice
