The role
Support the Finance & Admin Unit in monthly accounting tasks, payment voucher preparation, and external audit documentation.
What you'll do
- Contribute in the preparation of payment vouchers
- Prepare import files for booking in the accountancy
- Screen staff, partners, suppliers, or any entity that may start a relationship with IMPACT Initiatives
- Collect and cross-check supporting documentation for external audits
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all data collected and related processes
What it takes
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office package, notably Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
