The role
Axios is hiring an Account Manager for their Local Client Success team to manage and grow Axios Local Marketplace, a new offering designed to help local businesses reach Axios’s audiences. The role involves managing client experiences, promoting the Marketplace, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.
What you'll do
- Monitor incoming submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Axios standards
- Review, edit, and post listings on the Marketplace boards and within the Charlotte newsletter
- Maintain high standards for client experience by ensuring timely communication and post-campaign performance reporting
- Promote the semi-service model to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the client and reader experience
- Maintain internal tracking documents for all listings, promotions, and communications
