The role

The AAP/DI IMS Analyst supports the UNFPA Afghanistan Country Office by managing and integrating data related to Accountability to Affected People (AAP) and Disability Inclusion (DI). What you'll do

  • Manage and maintain information management systems and databases related to AAP and Disability Inclusion.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards, visualization tools, and reporting templates.
  • Compile and analyze data from community feedback mechanisms and partner reporting systems.
  • Provide technical support to UNFPA staff and partners on data collection and reporting practices.
  • Contribute analytical insights to donor reports and programme monitoring frameworks.

What it takes

  • Advanced university degree in information management, statistics, data science, or social sciences.
  • Relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, or programme support.
  • Experience with databases, dashboards, or information management platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Dari and/or Pashto.
  • Ability to work effectively within UN or NGO humanitarian coordination mechanisms.
