The role

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is seeking a volunteer to define the minimum package of digitalized sexual and reproductive health services for the TICTACADOS mobile application in Congo. The role involves developing operational protocols for teleconsultation, structuring user pathways from digital chatbots to physical services, and ensuring alignment with national and international health standards. This project aims to improve structured and secure access to sexual and reproductive health information for adolescents and young people over a 28-month period.
