Rally 2027: The National Land Conservation Conference

About the event

The yearly training and networking conference for land trust staff, board members and conservation professionals. The best single place to meet the many local land trusts hiring for stewardship, easement, fundraising and leadership roles.

Who's hiring in the United States

1,660 open Programs & Operations or Development & Fundraising roles in the United States on ForGood. These organizations are hiring for the kind of work this event covers, so they are good people to look for there.

Make it count

• Look through the organizations hiring in your field before you go, and pick a handful you most want to meet.
• Go to sessions where those organizations are speaking, and ask a question. Speakers remember the people who ask.
• Follow up within two days of meeting someone. A short note that mentions what you talked about is enough.
• Many events have discounted or volunteer places for students and people between jobs. Check the official site.
