Netroots Nation 2027

About the event

A large yearly gathering of progressive organizers, advocacy staff and digital campaigners. Useful for job seekers aiming at advocacy, campaign, organizing or digital roles, since many movement groups recruit and network there.

Who's hiring in the United States

1,794 open Policy & Advocacy or Communications & Marketing roles in the United States on ForGood. These organizations are hiring for the kind of work this event covers, so they are good people to look for there.

Make it count

• Look through the organizations hiring in your field before you go, and pick a handful you most want to meet.
• Go to sessions where those organizations are speaking, and ask a question. Speakers remember the people who ask.
• Follow up within two days of meeting someone. A short note that mentions what you talked about is enough.
• Many events have discounted or volunteer places for students and people between jobs. Check the official site.
